Mask Depot only sells masks that we have in stock. We normally fulfill orders within 24 hours of receipt, and then ship on the next business day.

 

Our in Canada shipping is done through major couriers, except where a P.O. Box is given as the address, in which case we use Canada Post. Generally, the couriers do not pick up or deliver over the weekends or on Public holidays. We recommend placing your orders between Sunday and Wednesday to minimize shipping time for you. Shipping times are not guaranteed. Recently weather, covid-related illnesses and blockades have affected shipping times. 

 

We have a flat-rate shipping approach that matches the rates we receive from our couriers. Generally it costs the same to ship 1 box of masks, or 15. Therefore it is to the customers benefit to order larger quantities and reduce the per box shipping cost. Also please note that our rates are set regionally.

 

Some locations in Canada are quite remote and have limited affordable shipping options available. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping methods and fees in these situations. If this is the case, we will contact you before shipping and get your agreement on the method and cost of shipping to your location. Note that this is in rare cases only.

 

We currently offer free delivery for orders over $50 to locations within 25km of our warehouse (generally Waterloo Region plus parts of Brant County). We deliver these ourselves. Our service time for these deliveries is 5-7 days but usually is within a few days.
