All purchases will now be final sale and will not be subjected to cancellation or refunds. This will help expedite our order fulfillment process and ensure that our customers receive their purchases as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING POLICY

NOTE: Hand Sanitizer can only be shipped to Waterloo Region, Oxford County, Wellington County and surrounding areas. If you live outside these areas your order for hand sanitizer may be cancelled and you will receive a refund.

Please note that due to global circumstances, we may experience shipping delays. If this is the case, we will inform you immediately. Note that Mask Depot only sells masks that we have in stock.  We welcome feedback and questions however we do ask to refrain from emailing for any shipping inquiries at this time.
